I've living in my apartment 7 yrs , it's peaceful for the most part. However no improvements/ renovations , no paint or carpet change or anything have been done to my apartments,nothing but my rent raising every year. When I voice these issues I hear all apartments are increasing or give us a *30 day notice if decide to move.I don't want to leavey apartment it's cozy and convenient but I will if nothing changes. Also dog people should clean up after their dogs I smell in my apartment and please tell people not to feed animals on the sidewalk.
overall pretty ok
I lived here for 1 year and its ok so far... i do have big black ant problems..the laundry room is not big enough for a regular size stackable washer and dryer...the private parking is not big enough when u have a toddler and u get off work at 3am and all the spots are taken and the n u try to find street parking and that is taken so u have to walk a lil distance to get in the house that late its not safe or ideal
