Was good until they hiked the rent up by 500 dollars

Loved living here when rent was affordable. It was a dingy small apartment but the location was fantastic and you could walk everywhere. Then it was sold to an investment group who decided they should hike up the rent by almost double the amount. Not only that but they cleaned less, and it was impossible to have any peace because of all the renovations. If you want to live downtown, spend an extra 100 dollars on a bigger and nicer place. Not worth your time or money anymore
