A place to rest!

It's a cool place to live if you're looking for something. On the other hand, I have never lived in an apartment so messed up. I made mention to the complex when I 1st moved over here but glad that I am about to leave. My apartment has been destroyed by water. I have water dripping from the ceiling, in walls and coming through the floor in all rooms. The kitchen, bathroom and closets are bubbly and don't lay anything on the carpet for a day because it will be soaked. Management has changed and for what I have been paying it isn't worth it. Anyone else may have filed a lawsuit or moved. Because I work alot, I just come here to rest but I would not ever move here again! I definitely would like to see how the new management is doing upgrades. If you don't pay, as usual, you go to court but I have thrown away about 2 months of rent fees in furniture and my personal equipment. So due to moisture in my unit I have lost alot and ready to go. The old people in the office weren't as pleasant to talk to about issues so I have dealt with it long enough. Greatcommunity

Poorly managed, not upkept.

Been here for a year, have never had a working dishwasher, working bathroom sink, hot water in my bathroom, or a working sprayer in the kitchen sink. The pool was supposed to be open Memorial Day, end of July, I still don't think it's been cleaned or opened. Took 5 weeks to get my AC fixed when I moved in and get hot water throughout my apartment, the staff refused to refund or discount my rent for these issues. I put them all on my move in/walk-through paper and they still haven't fixed the first three. It's not my business to make sure people are doing their jobs, but paying over $900 to essentialy live in an oversized box is BULL. VERY unhappy with this property and the management team.

Quiet and safe

I moved from a different side of Indy, sirens were constant overnight, as were the sounds of racing cars. Here it is quiet even though we are right at a major intersection. I have not had any issues to need assistance from the staff or maintenance yet. The laundry facility and machines could use regular cleaning; and better marking or lighting for building numbers for deliveries etc. All in all, good value for what I am paying for, I am beyond happy.
