My Honest Opinion

I have lived here for a little over a year. I love the area and that it is so close to anywhere I need to go. Staff is very friendly. I have an issue with having to, at times, go to 3 different locations to find a pkg. I wish we could get the trash issue under control. I know people can be pigs and not want to follow policy and therefore, trying to stuff large trash bags into the trash shute and even though they don`t fit, leaving the trash in the room anyway. That is so disrespectful to the rest of us and I`m sure, a large problem for Mgmt. I do feel though, the waste cost is getting a bit exorbitant. Seems to be going up every month. 40.00/mo. for 1 person, per mo. is a lot.

Adequate Property

Overall, I do not like living in apartments, but Grandview is suiting my purpose for the time being. There were significant issues with undesirables in the community at first, but they’ve all been addressed. Package receiving is a mess (never know where to pick it up). Noise coming in from the hallway into the units is absolutely unacceptable. Overall, a good place to live, but not worth $2,300.
