Residents appreciate the improved property management and maintenance responsiveness, with issues now being resolved quickly and effectively. The property is considered safe and accommodating to resident needs. Many find their living space satisfactory and would recommend it to others.

Good improvements

When i first moved in, changes were in the process if being made with staff and rebranding. Since then, things have improved tremendously. Had a leak in my bathroom ceiling that kept getting overlooked with “temporary fixes”. A new staff came in soon after and got the job done properly in a week. All other issues have been resolved quickly since.

Affordable decent homing

I’ve lived here a few years now. At the beginning i had some issues with maintenance not following through on fixing major problems. It has since gotten better. Overall I love my space. A little pricey in my opinion but still one of the lesser expensive places to live in tge area
