Too expensive to be apartments

Paying over 1100 for an apt and rent fluctuating monthly, the water bill that is added on, is not a steady amount. Paying for water and don't be there to use it is just don't sit right with me. Also the water bill is not for the same month as rent. It is 2 months behind and no one knows how it got like that. I didn't start paying water 2 months after I moved in.

I've Been Here Five Years+

Over the years, I have fell in love with my apartment. Its so comfortable and convenience all around. One thing that would make my apartment specifically more complete would be a washer and dryer unit hook up. But the laundry mat is not far.
