Needs improvement

Previously the property was great. As time has come and gone, the property seems to be going down hill. Multiple washers and dryers are out of services all around the building. There is only 1 maintence person who services everyone and it seems orders are being skipped over. There has been a change in Management and you can definitely tell. It seems this current management wants to be friends with multiple tenants rather than making sure problems are getting addressed to keep the property up and running. Over all, tenants are courteous and quiet.
