great location/little outdated

I love living at briarwood because of the convenience of being close to walmart and my work is nearby. I love that there are amenities here for example my son loves to go to the playground. The only things I don't like is that there isn't washer/dryer hook ups but it is what it is and the apartments are a little outdated.
