There is also a $350 one-time fee per pet.Ā We do have restrictions on certain dog breeds, such as American Pitbull Terrier, American Bulldog, American Staffordshire Terrier, Rottweiler, German Shepherd, Alaskan Husky, Alaskan Malamute, Samoyed, Siberian Husky, Doberman Pinscher, Chow, Great Dane, St. Bernard, Wolf Hybrid, & Akita. In addition, any crossbreeds of these types are not permitted. Tenants are required to provide a picture of their dog, vet records, and a payment to register the dog. This place was wonderful from the start, the unclean unit and inadequate air conditioning was a great touch! I enjoyed the unavailable washers and dryers along with the communication that didn’t happen when I had requests. The yard is large and bright, along with the dog leavings everywhere. Great staff, they communicate fantastically when you want your issues solved never. My favorite part was the increasing rent every year for the mediocre quality!

Quiet and peaceful. Parking is great. They keep the lot cloud during the winter. Management is very helpful, very kind and courteous.Maintenances always available when you need them.They will call you if something comes up.And they're very agreeable , couldn't have a better person as a maintenance
