Not the best place but it’s a place

It’s not the best place to live there is no amenities such as as a small gym, swimming pool, area to host small parties as other places have that charge the same rent. They only have 1 and two bedrooms they should have more options for people. I have been waiting on a replacement refrigerator for over a month and ended up purchasing one while I wait for them to replace mine. The current staff is very rude. If you do not pay your rent by the 5th the will take you to evictions court. Positives it’s a quiet area, close to the highway 69, sorta country living.

Its way too expensive right now, like ridiculously expensive. The place is not that big but I would understand the price I'm paying if it was. Everything else isn't bad though but not worth my money.....
