My daughter and I have lived here for a year and a half. The office staff is friendly and it's a quiet place to live. We like it here.

Dishwasher has been broken for a week now. The water left in side of it smells really bad. They keep giving excuses

Management changes often and with that comes a power trip.
I've been here since 2006. I've seen management change several times. But what disturbs me are changes that doesn't benefit the tenant there's no incentive to become a resident. I lived out here as a little girl when it was Pinetree Village. New paint and carpet and raise the rent. This new interim is not friendly, if she comes from Landmark accounts. I lived in a property she managed, after the owners moved to FL. I had lived there for eleven years and relocated because of management. She comes across friendly, but she is the opposite. I wish you all the best.
