Eviction of elderly

My elderly mom was asked for her life insurance policy. But they do have a permanent staff in the main office. No one has been present and no one answers the phone when you call. No one has been there when she attempted to turn in the newly requested information. She received an eviction notice but still cannot contact anyone in the leasing office. And elderly woman to be evicted in the dead of winter when the community office is never staffed to assist residents.

I had seen the inside before when my friend use to live out there and its very nice and peaceful and the staff are friendly when i tour one of the units before.

The staff that I have met are extremely friendly and helpful. The grounds and the landscaping are immaculate. Every time I've driven through, it's always quiet. This is where I dream of living.
