It has been a pleasure to live here. Neighbors are friendly. Nice area. Managers are understanding and helpful.
Great place to live
Lakeside is a great place to live. Amenities are great, the landlord and staff are great to. The apartments look very nice and modern, the heater and AC works well. Its very beautiful scenery. Maintenance responds to maintenance requests very quickly and efficiently. The rent is affordable given how nice the apartments are and compared to other apartments. The only drawback is there is no air-conditioners in the bedroom for one-bedroom apartments, the air-conditioner is only in the living room for one-bedroom apartments and if you live on upper floors, its hard for the cool air from the living room air conditioner to circulate to your room. First floor apartments aren't too bad with this problem. Parking is great and they also have parking for guests to. Nice amenities, such as workout facility and pool as well. Another drawback is that rent increases each year, but that's how its like in most places. Overall, Lakeside Wheaton is a great place to live
