Nice location

The pandemic has not allowed us to enjoy onsite amenities. The nearby businesses add an advantage for our community. But, this will be my last renewal. It’s slowly becoming evident that I cannot afford to live here.

Honest

Washer/Dryers are disgusting. Train was never even mentioned when showing the apartment - which comes everyday at 4am. The office staff is rude, and not helpful at all. Every winter the pathways and stairs are so icy you have to be very careful not to slip and bust your head open. They never put salt down. Only thing good is that it’s close to stores/restaurants.

About 1 month ago the washing machine has not been working. We have verbally reported to the maintenance employee and he says to report to a phone number, we have done it but we are without the laundry service (Building 557)

The office staff is very helpful, Elly and Coral always help me resolve my issues or help me make payments. Maintenance always gets repairs done. I've lived her 13 years with little problems during this time.
