I have rented to previous agencies in the past and this by far has been the most helpful experience throughout from the beginning. Would highly recommend!!!
The Grove has Potential
I have lived here for over two years and unfortunately, the care and attention that the staff give the tenants has gone down tremendously. The people in the office are entitled, do not care to help without giving you a hard time and threaten to call the cops if you so much as disagree with them. The price here has gone up a ridiculous amount without adding any actual value to the property. The property is not kept up with at times and instead of dealing with any neighbor issues, they want you to call the police any time you have a noise complaint. There are good things, however. The maintenance staff is swift with getting your orders done and overall the neighbors are pretty nice. Let's just say, though, if I could move, I would, and will when able. This place was great for maybe a year, beyond that, it's been the bane of my existence.
