Nice place to live
The appliances could be more modern and up to date for what you pay to live here. My dish washer is all rusted on inside and my microwave is malfunctioning constantly. And it would be nice if they paid for water/sewer at least.

Very nice place, I feel safe here my only problem is how high the water/sewer bill is, and appliances could be more updated for what you pay in rent

Pretty happy living here
I've had very few issues living here. Great location, I love the amenities, and neighbors are friendly. Been here almosf 2 years and will probably sign for another year.
