Very quiet neighborhood staff does a quick job at helping you. No noise through walls unless extremely loud.

A quiet place to live

Golfview Village has been a pretty great place to live. It's so quiet and there's so much space for an extremely reasonable price. They are older apartments so they have old plumbing and lots of coats of paint on the walls, but all very minor issues. The management was so helpful in helping get an apartment from out of state. The best management I've ever encountered really.

Overall

Some staff rude not knowledgeable maintenance doesn't know how to clean up behind themselves and an efficient enough job they always leave my house a mess and I have to come in and clean up behind them when I moved into my new townhome after my other one caught fire it was a mess the paint is chipping the floor was was not clean it was a mess and three years later it's still a mess and I'm still having issues getting everything done the bathroom ceiling is just nasty and they're not doing anything about it it continues to come back nothing is happening but my rent is going up every year this is my 14th year on this property and I would have to say it might be my last
