Simply horrendous

Communications/dialogue is non-existent. Maintenance is ALWAYS intrusive - they show up unannounced (which is obviously cumbersome esp. when a lot of us are WFH due to the Coronavirus) when they could always call ahead of time. Speaking of calling, the staff is unprofessional. They do not respond to voicemails and are incompetent. Good luck when somebody tries to break in their units and you try to inform to raise community awareness as they'll simply look the other way. Simply horrendous is an understatement.

My review

I wish I had my windows repaired because of the extreme air drafts which makes my heater working constantly in the winter time. But besides that I’m happy with my place

No amenities

Even with a office redo what you call a state of the art gym isn’t anything but 3 treadmills and a elliptical machine. Very disappointing! Dog poop everywhere! No tennis courts! Just wasn’t impressed with the gym.

Not sure how old is carpet is. I’ve been here five years. Plus the ones before it got replaced. Could use some new carpet.
