We love living here!

These apartments are great. We love the location, noise, management, and living space. The pool and gym are great, and there's a nice walking path. The laundry is only per building, which is sucky, but we're grateful to live kiddy corner from our building's laundry room.

Where do I begin

At times, the biggest down side are the neighbors. I have had numerous times I had to call police due to neighbors being loud on weekdays between hours or 2-5am. Staff has done a great job on having immediate response to my concerns. It’s being dealt with and it was just an annoyance throughout the leasing period. Washer and dryer units were a nightmare for serval months until new unit were put in. Parking lot is pretty rough, pot holes to the point I park further away. Maintenance is quick and prompt. Always got the job done. Staff has been great and helpful as well.

Best Value and experience

The Clayson has affordable apartments along which come with amazing amenities. They even have community events every month to help get along with the neighbors.Their response to maintenance requests is very quick. Over all this is a great place offering amazing experience at an affordable range.
