The TRUTH

The location of property is great. We need more lightning in the walk way entering the building. It’s very dark, I use my back door entryway because of this. Maintenance has done a good job whenever I make a report. The appliances need to be upgraded based on the cost of rent we pay; their just old and ugly compared to what apartments have nowadays Front & Back doors should have a peep hole for safety- currently you can’t see or know who’s knocking at your door until you open it. I do have good neighbors we all keep the building clean and for the most part quiet. Laundry area is decent, PLEASE help us with PARKING. The OAK PARK, parking burea is viscous I have a lot of parking tickets based on restricted hours, I work from home.. Check out the lot behind the building when I applied for the apartment I thought that’s where we park but found it is not… Thanks!
