Maintenance will not take care of your problem. Currently dealing with mold that they said was “taken care of” was not and am also dealing with a water leak.

Overall, great apartment. However upon moving in lots of quick but not thorough fixes. Baseboard damages just fixed with some paint, closet door was broken, vinyl flooring spaces out too much causing bubbles ro appear when walking, bathtub seal tearing apart. Appliances in great shape however.
