good location and quiet. It is convenient for the O'fallon,IL area. They have good maintenance and a very good staff.

if one is looking for a good selection of living space then this is the place to go. the rent fee's are fairly resonable and the choices are abundant. the maintenance is good and fairly prompt.

Love living here! Some properties are mixed in between and individually owned and rented out, thus having different rules than Tut & Tut. Sometimes this can be difficult when an issue arises from one of these neighbors. Otherwise it’s a great neighborhood!
