Good value but room to improve

Recently moved in after seeing apartments.com listing. Many of the amenities highlighted on the listing were draws (clubhouse, fitness center, package delivery service, etc.). Maintenance leaves a bit to be desired but the residents also need to be mindful of upkeep in shared areas. I look forward to continued improvements.

The Views

Great Place to lease for family's with kids in school and looking for a place that's quiet (the gardens are very quiet and the towers are pure hell). If you're single not the best place to stay.
