Wonderful Place for Families

The staff is kind and very helpful with helping you find the perfect place for you to call home. The area is clean and safe for all the kids young and older. I am happy to say that I am still in Indian Prairie School District 204 which is great for the kids!

Great for the price

My husband and I have lived here for over a year and I can say we really enjoy it. The maintenance staff is always helpful, and the apartment is good for the price. Parking can be a bit of a challange but it's not a deal breaker. The neighbors aren't noisy so it's great for people who like peace and quite.

Need assigned parking as some people have 1+ vehicles and desired spots are taken by guests and second cars. There are no playgrounds for older kids or basketball courts, the tennis courts have been removed. Noise levels are good. I feel units are over-priced.
