A real neighbourhood place

We have lived at 803 Corday for the last two years, and if it were not for a job change, we'd be here still. The community is lovely, homey and the staff have been across the board efficient and "human". The place has the feel of a proper neighbourhood; families, young folks starting out, diverse ethnicities, and several folks who make their patch of dirt into lovely gardens. (That wasn't us; I do not have a gardener's heart!) A central pond makes for lovely walks in the evening. Dog friendly for sure. We came with two, one young, one old and both enjoyed the grounds and the dog park. (It's little but a good spot for letting off steam.) The value for money is quite good and the storage is outstanding. Garages are available for single cars and additional storage if needed. Really this is a lovely place and I highly recommend it to you if you are looking for a stable, laid back, community oriented experience.

Great place to live!

I love living at 803 Corday but I wish we had been given the same apartment like the one they show you when you take a tour. The amenities are awesome in the "show apartment"!
