Wheeling Road

Apartment is well kept by maintenance however, the building manager is horrible. Hard to get a hold of and not very knowledgeable of the building and its parking lot. Neighbors are big weed smokers and you smell it so strongly in the hallway. Seems as if they now take any tenants
