Decent building, Not so decent tenants

The building is nice. its just the people who live here aren't very clean.

Not Worth the Headache

This builiding is NOT worth the money. Ive been there for years, and while my rent increases, there have been NO updates and decreased security. There are xoors at the entrance and you are supposed to be able to buzz your guests in. Half the time the buzzer doesnt work and the other half the residents are kicking the door in and breaking it. All the appliances are old, and if there is an issue in your unit you WILL wait for it to ne repaired, which will be half assed.

Living here has been alright. I’ve only had one time where I didn’t feel safe. I also don’t like that there isn’t any cameras around any of the buildings.People continuously leave their trash bags aroundvthe back side of the building.
