parking and noise

never getting a parking after 8pm. why am I paying $30 for parking. when I don't get one. I see several cars with the blue parking tag on their cars. Noise - every day around 6am these car owners drive out of the parking lot with extremely loud exhaust disturbing all neighbors'. this is so bad. do have any consideration of peace and quite for their neighbors. this needs to be STOPPED. hope the office take action for the non-available parking and disturbing extremely loud car exhaust pipes.

My Rating

I love living here but as of late, things have not been well... - The noise has been ridiculous. People driving through the lot with their music blasting at all hours of the day, dogs barking, and cars with annoying exhausts going through the lot. - The parking has been terrible as of the past 6-8 months. People are parking without permits since we don't seem to have a tow truck company on retainer since the new management took over last year. I have not seen a tow truck in over a year. I sent an email asking someone from the front office to address this but no one ever responded. Especially with the pandemic where people are home all day, there is never any parking at all hours of the day. I pay $15 a month for parking, I should be able to park in front of my building most of the time.

Location is great, but...

Location of the apartments is great. Grounds of complex are kept up fairly well. I don't feel anyone should have to pay for non-reserved parking. My biggest complaint is that if you have any complaints about noises, smoking, appliances not working properly - whether these complaints are important or not seem subjective to management. And overall "too bad" if you have consistent complaints, it seems you start to annoy them and they no longer respond to you. Professionally, ignoring emails about legitimate issues isn't a great approach. I've been dealing with a noisy freezer with a clearly messed up evaporator fan motor for over a month now, apparently it wasn't an "emergency" to fix it. So I'll just keep letting my food get freezer burned and have a constant nuisance while I try to work or engage in work calls.
