Sr. Manager; Clinical Affairs

The Preserve at Osprey Lake is a GREAT place to live! I am going into to my third year. The location of my apartment is close to Delany road, so there is traffic noise, however, I've adapted to it, because I LOVE everything else about my apartment. There are dog-owners who are disrespectful and do not clean up after their pets. 'Osprey' provides waste bags along the walkways, so there is really no excuse other than laziness on the part of the dog-owner. The office & maintenance crews are very responsive and resolve concerns as soon as possible. Even with the road noise and occasional dog droppings, I am thankful for my apartment which has truly become home.

Packages Missing

Hello Thank you for apartment staffs always. I have lived here since 2017 and I really love this place. But something was happen here last couple of weeks. I ordered stuffs from Ebay and always received on time and never missed last 3 years. I missed two packages on July 25 and August 1, 2020 I checked up many times but I didn't see anything. They said one package left front of 4209 entrance and the other one I don't know where they left, maybe gym or apt entrance. I don't want to say something about my neighbor, but can you tell me how to figure it out? I like this place and want to live here more. Please let me know what to do. Thank you.

Long Term Residence

My experience with Oprey Lakes Apartment has been outstanding throughout the years of my residency. The staff has been above reproach on all issues that I needed to be resolve. I can't express the professionalism in which they conduct business on a daily basis in reference to all of the residences living in Osprey Apartments. I would also like to recognize one of the apartment managers Candice. She has always shown professionalism and dedication to getting all issues resolved with no hesitation. She always follow-up with you to ensure everything is to your satisfaction and standard; no matter what the issue is. Her service is above reproach and very business orient all-time at the leasing office. Last, the maintenance team and service are exceptional superb that relate to getting issues resolved in a timely and professional manner. They are trustworthy, honest, professional, and polite in every aspect. Thank you for the superb service.
