Just moved in

For $2000 per month you would expect modern up to date appliances. Everything old. Have a stove which is a hige fire hazard which will be reported.

Great for families, people with dogs but needs more upkeep

The location, walking paths, dog park, and close parking are the best part about this place. They keep raising the rent every year and nothing has improved that much to warrant a rent increase. They need more personable staff in the office. The new management have bad attitudes and they’re kind of rude. Maintenance doesn’t let you know ahead of time that they are coming to fix something. You find out maintenance is coming when you hear a knock on the door. I need a little more notice than that. The grounds just need a little more love from the residents and staff. There is garbage overflowing the doggie waste bins. They used to provide doggie bags but they don’t anymore. The pool needs to be professionally cleaned regularly and I dont understand why they cannot hire a third party for this. The pond in the back has garbage floating in it. It seems very greedy that these minor fixes are being overlooked when they can really improve the quality of life for a lot of people. New management company has not made a good impression on me.

Me siento enamorado de mi apartamento y de la zona que tengo ahora mismo. Una experiencia increible que sin duda seguire viviendo aqui. I will not be renewing my lease

Not enough parking, you might not find a parking spot. The walls are thin as paper. You receive emails almost every day reminding you of the many rules like you're a child. If you have a neighbor under you that smokes better buy an air purifier. Last but not all, the dreaded mail room, where all of your valuable packages are tossed in. You literally have to check tens and tens of packages to see which one is yours.
