Love it here!

We've lived here for almost two months now and we absolutely love it! Beautiful apartments, great amenities, outstanding staff (especially Rashaan, he is absolutely wonderful and so helpful!) and such a modern and clean look all throughout the property.

Best place I've ever lived!

I've lived in quite a few apartments over the years but so far, this has been my best experience by a huge stretch. For starters, the office staff (while understaffed and busy at times) are very kind and approachable. I find Kathy and Raishon are realistic about things but still remain as helpful as they can be. Michael, the community manager, really straightened up some of the initial trash issues as soon as he came aboard. I haven't seen any litter outside since among several other issues. I am glad we have strong office staff to keep things clean and my wife and are are impressed by turnaround time of these issues. Top notch. The maintenance staff is great. Shabaz does an excellent job making sure his staff attend matters with a healthy priority but also with great service. Very nice and friendly. They do things right the first time but are realistic about certain things (like the settling of a brand new building close to a large river) and are able to explain with a professional character when some things are out of everyone's control. They do compromise incredibly well despite that though and do a great job making sure you are comfortable. I had a cabinet door chip my first week in and Shabaz replaces it without question. He also took care of a defective dryer my first week as well. Talk about service! Cindy and Irving are great too. Very respectful and all my maintenance orders are fulfilled on a fair and timely basis. The price is incredibly fair for the area considering the amenities and lack of severe congestion compared to other areas of Cook. I love being next the the Des Plaines River trail. The Monarch created this building with an active lifestyle in mind during all seasons and if you take advantage of it, you will find you can make this a bit of a paradise.
