Woodlands Review

I have enjoyed living here for the most part. I wish there were more washers and dryers per building. Most people are very respectful of one another and are friendly. There is a lot of turn over unfortunately. Usually the people who move in are great, however sometimes the people who move in are less than desirable neighbors. For example the people who live across the hall from me are not the most respectful (loud, trash outside their door for days, pounding on the apartment door in the middle of the night, people in and out of the apartment frequently and at all hours of the day).

It’s okay, but...

hallway always smells. basketball court needs to be fixed. maintenance will enter your apartment when you aren’t there, even for non emergencies. even when requested that they don’t.

New resident

I've been working with Robin and she has been very helpful. My job requires me to travel and I've had to push my move in date back twice and they were very understanding. Every time I would go in to update information I was always greeted and helped with a smile and excellent customer service. The apartment is in an excellent location, a bit of ways from the office but with the price of the apartment it's worth it. The residents seem nice and they say hello but overall i think i am going to love living there until I save up enough to get my home.
