Great location, nice building, a little noisy

The parking review is only low because the parking lot for the building hasn't been built yet, so expect that to get better. So far in my experience the Horizon team has been great to work with, very friendly and responsive. The building is mostly wood so sound carries throughout, so be prepared to hear your neighbors walking around. That said, the layout of the apartments is designed pretty well to account for that. Most of the apartments have 2 floors with the bedrooms downstairs to put some space between your upstairs neighbors and your bedroom. Continuing with the subject of noise though, Addison can get pretty busy and on the weekends I've heard it stay busy as late as 2:00am.

Review

We’ve enjoyed the amenities and we love how modern and beautiful our apartment is, but maintenance issues have been slow to be resolved. It felt like they were just hoping the issue would resolve itself. The neighbors have been very loud late into the night and this portal is highly confusing.
