Disappointing building

Noise level is very high. The construction remodeling units has been extremely inconvenient. Construction workers don't wear masks and have caused damage to other units . Packages get lost or stolen because no one monitors the mail room.

Overall very pleasing apartment complex

The 1250 n. LaSalle building has been going through many renovations which makes the experience more enjoyable. I do think it is a bit pricey, but that is what you pay for in Old Town.

Disappointed in de-conversion and peak management

This overall has been a very miserable experience. It very much feels that peak property and the owner of 1250 LaSalle is only out for money and gives minimal consideration for individual tenants. The minimal understanding during a global crisis and persistence of ongoing, non essential and new construction without warning is irresponsible to say the least as well as disrespectful to tenants who also were in new, uncertain scenarios. I would not recommend this property or this management to any future residents. I am shocked and appalled that you continue to offer new rentals to residents with the ongoing construction. very disappointed in how the de-conversion was handled. Would be happy to discuss further and provide feedback onto how you could improve. Maintenance staff helpful but that is all.
