Nothing is perfect but i like it!

I generally really like this building but I wouldn't say it's perfect. The amenities are nice (gym, rooftop, lounge areas, WFH rooms) and the building itself is very clean. It can be noisy at times, usually from sounds coming from the hallway & regular construction, but I don't typically hear people above me. Parking can be frustrating. The garage is not included in everyone's rent and street parking isn't always easy to find as most of the streets nearby are permit only streets and you WILL get tickets. Staff here is also friendly and responsive. Overall though, I like my apartment and Andersonville!

Perfect Location & Great Staff

I've been here for about two months now and I have to say: I really like it. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Maintenance has been quick and without any issues. The common areas are kept clean and organized, which is nice, and noise is minimal if noticeable at all. The building itself is very safe. The location is great with easy access to CTA and Metra. There is everything you need just a few minutes walking distance. I look forward to staying here for a long time.

Great Building

This building has thin walls between units, so if your nrighbor is loud, that could be a concern. Otherwise, everything other than senseless parking restrictions in the neighborhood is pretty great.
