DOGS Horizon Realty Group welcomes most adult dog breeds that meet the criteria herein described. For exact acceptable weight limits and capacity limits, please contact the building’s Property Manager. 1. A maximum of 1 dog is allowed per apartment. 2. At selected buildings, the dog must be carried out of the premises or placed in a dog stroller and it must exit through the rear of the building in walk-up style courtyard buildings. 3. No puppies are allowed unless prior written approval is obtained from the Lessor. This provision may apply to only select breeds and may be revoked at any time without notice or demand. Dog must be 1 year or older and must be potty trained. 4. Dog must be neutered or spayed and must have all vaccinations and submit proof thereof. 5. Prospective renter/resident agrees to pay the required fees & additional rent: a. Non-refundable dog fee of $350 per dog b. Additional pet rent is determined pursuant to the Dog Policy Spread sheet as follows: i. Small dogs up to 44 lbs- $50 / month ii. Med. Dogs, 45-60 lbs $75 / month. iii. Large Dogs, 61lbs and over $100 / month 6. Prospective renter agrees to sign a Pet Rider and enroll in the DNA program with www.pooprints.com CATS 1. A maximum of 2 cats are allowed per apartment. 2. Cats must be carried out of the premises or placed in a cat stroller. 3. Cats are not allowed anywhere in the common areas, including the hallways, at any time for any reason. 4. Cat must be neutered or spayed. 5. Prospective renter/resident agrees to pay the required fees & additional rent: a. Non-refundable cat fee of $150 per cat b. Additional pet rent of $ 25.00 per cat per month 6. Prospective renter/resident agrees to sign a pet rider. 7.
