It has a doorman 24hours per day, secured entry, an elevator, and a laundry room on every floor. The apartments vary between studios, 2 bedrooms, and 3 bedrooms with a mix of different finishes.  They all have granite countertops, and run on a utility package that includes heat, electric, and cable internet. Studios pay $100/mo, 2 beds $175/mo, and 3 beds $200/mo for that utility package. There are no pets allowed, and also no parking offered directly through the building, though there are many garages that rent parking spots nearby.
