General Comments

Parking is a pain due to Wellington being a flex street. Add the fire hydrant and its near impossible to find a reasonably close spot to park. The staff has always been polite and maintenance has always been quick about attending to any minor issues. My apartment was supposed to have had new cupboards put in before I moved in... that was 3 years ago. I am also still waiting for a smoke and CO detector. I had a major issue with dust from this year's maintenance masonry project. The Washer and Dryers are just terrible. I wish we used a different 3-rd party. Heck, I would pay more if they weren't so terrible. I have also tried to contact the 3rd party company in the past due to the machines not working after putting money in and no one every got back to me. When they complete a full cycle, your clothes are still left soaking wet or unclean. If there was a nearby option/laundry mat, I would never use these. I do appreciate the privacy and quiet of the building and the walls are pretty thick.

W WELLINGTON APTS

Good location, maintenance, and rental company. I wish there were more amenities like card operated laundry, dishwashers in unit, updated kitchens.
