Over policed neighborhood that lacks street cleaning services. Technicians and office personnel are so mean.

Problems Since Moving In

There has literally been unnecessary and avoidable problems with the office and their communication since I moved in. 1. On my MOVE IN DAY, not communicating that the unit I SIGNED the lease for was given away. I move in next door to the apartment I actually was suppose to rent out. 2. The water cutting off for 3 days with no communication nor heads up/email letting anyone know what was going on. 3. Me receiving an email this month that my rent was late when in fact I paid the full amount on time which I always do.
