Clean, impressive, and location is OK. I have not lived here yet. But it have appeal.

Cozy place to stay

The property could be kept better ,and more communication when it comes to changes, and knowing who the property manager is. There is really not after hour contact. The apartments are really basic and the rent goes up often. No major amenities. But the apartment is cozy and a roof over your head

Not much work put into constant upkeep of the building, property manager hard to reach , and the property is old with out much update, low water pressure and other issues
