The Worst

Worst maintenance dept I’ve ever dealt with. Took 3 weeks to get a mail key. Had to put in three different requests to have a leak fixed above our unit. Apt got broken into bc building door doesn’t shut all the way when it’s too cold. Alerted maintenance guy and his solution was to put a note on the door. If I could have given zero stars I would have.

Good for the Price

The apartment it self is great! Staff are friendly and on top of things. Maintenance requests are taken care of in a day or two. Biggest issue is that the neighborhood is not great-- its definitely not terrible, but being out after dark is a bit of a concern. Noise bleeding in from other apartments in the unit is non-existant, but we can hear noise from outside quite easily. All in all a great apartment managed by a quality company.
