Too high for what's being offered

With the many things i could say about this place i only complain about this. Our rent was increased just after our first year. All old appliances. The people's gas said that our stove is dangerously old and should be used. But when i told them that they didn't care.

How does a 40+ unit biolding have ine laundry room with 4 washers and dryers total? The gates are always broken. The front doors are always broken. Things could be a LOT better.
