Nice building but the property managers are sub-par at best.

The office staff, with the exception of Katy, is sub-par. Poor response time and they do not seem to listen to concerns or address them. This building could really use a new management staff.

Uninvolved company, small units, nice location

A decent place to live if this is your first time in Chicago, but you can get more and better for less. Even though the leasing office is in this building, staff will work hard to ignore your requests. Leaky faucet for months. I also tried to see alternate units for renewing my lease and never got a response, so really they dropped the ball here. Be aware that this is a high turnover building and a cash cow for Wirtz, so your value as an individual tenant is low. Also Sheridan-side units are noisy. Gotta love those ADA-mandated bus tones at 5am.

4th floor studio apartment

pretty noisy neighbors and the garbage trucks mixed with the dog park the building recently built has made this apartment a very noisy one to live in at times
