Perfect small 3-bed

Perfect location and super convenient with Sedwick CTA stop right outside the front door. Can be loud with train and pizza shop below but overall would recommend.

This has been a comfortable place to live with new and great amenities. While the street noise can be loud, you get used to it. Access to the train is also a huge bonus.
