Best staff I've ever dealt with

The response times from everyone at this property is absolutely amazing for any problem large or small. The walkways are the most cleared on the block after every snow (including after the 9" of wet, heavy snow we just had) and everyone I've dealt with within the company are the utmost professionals. Location is amazing, utilities are slightly outdated but work great and I feel like the rent price is perfectly in line with the area.

Peak Properties - GREAT Maintenance Staff

Constantly impressed with Peak Properties maintenance whenever a need arises at our top-floor unit at 1366 N Hoyne. We have lived here for 9+ years and love the neighborhood, the building, and the professionalism and timely responses to maintenance tickets from Peak staff. They always go above and beyond to correct items FAST. Appliances, plumbing leaks, etc. My only complaint is that the recycling bins get filled very fast in the back alley, but that is mostly due to other tenants not breaking down their cardboard boxes, which immediately takes up room in both bins. Incredible to live here and we look forward to continued excellence from a great, local property management and ownership group. Thank you Peak!!!
