Best apartments in IL

Ive lived everywhere as I move every year for work. You cannot beat the value you get for rent you pay here. These apartments are amazing and the staff are great also. Always willing to help and so quick with maintenance requests as well. Everything you need is within a 5 min drive also. I definitely recommend this place

don’t move here

rent is a bit expensive for how many times my entire closet has fallen (4), the level of noise you can hear from other people, and what the people in the office can offer. i would not resign my lease again.

Second Time Living Here.... Not Impressed

I used to live here about 3 years ago and loved it, moved out due to some personal issues with my roommate. Moving back I knew i liked the lay out of the apartment. Since I have moved in i have been less than thrilled with my neighbors. One of my neighbors who's apartment backs up to my bedroom wall on the 2nd floor feels the need to hold long and loud phone conversations late at night into the early hours of the morning and who ever he is talking to is on speaker phone... I have had to bang on the walls multiple times for him to quiet down since I'm up early in the morning. I understand that maintenance has been slowed down dramatically due to COVID-19, I have been moved in since mid April and the maintenance team has not been out once to fix the things i addressed in my move in check sheet. I did have an emergency where my toilet was leaking so i called the emergency number which doesn't work and ended up calling the office and going through the automated recording. well one of the maintenance guys called me back around 7:30am and told me he didn't start work till 8:30am and couldn't get to me until after 9:30am... not acceptable when this is supposed to be an emergency! he did come and fix it and i haven't had an issue since. hopefully they will be able to come back and fix the rest of the orders i put in over 2 months ago... also the air conditioning is not strong on the second floor and gets very hot in the middle of the night. so its either sweat it out or crank the AC and run it all night and have a high electricity bill.
