A Cozy Home

I am a college student, that moved into The Empire in August 2023. And the time that I have lived here the management has changed a few times, but the current managers have definitely been the best! I appreciate the new amenities on the property, and the parking is always awesome, I just wish that there was a way we could make the washers and dryers not so expensive! This place has the most expensive one bedrooms in Moscow, other than one other place I believe, so I would hope that we can get something for the value of this place that's a little easier on the residents than paying $3.50 per load! I know it has nothing to do with the property, it's the company that installed the washers, but I just wish there was a cheaper option for us here lol! I also wish that there was a community center or some thing in the vacant area at the front of the apartment complex, I moved in here initially, because the previous property managers advertise that it was going to be a community center for all of the tenants, but then they never continued construction. Other than that, the staff here has been amazing and living here all year has been great to the point that I renewed my lease!
