The Ross Island Apartments are currently under construction. We anticipate that apartments will come available as early as June! We are currently accepting applications for these brand new apartments! Ross Island is a Section 42 Tax Credit Property. Applicants must apply and qualify under the Affordable Housing Guidelines.
