poorly run

When I first moved in, it was great. Now, the building has been sold several times and things are a mess. The pool was shut down for 25% of the summer last year. The stairways are a mess when they used to be very clean. The maintenance guy is not very capable. Many people are moving out because of the big jumps in rent each year.

Long time resident

We continue to be concerned about the severe decline in property maintenance. Since there is no longer an on-site manager in residence, maintenance has declined precipitously. Hallways and stairways are seldom vacuumed or cleaned. Apartment windows are no longer washed. Light fixtures are full of bugs. For some reason there is opposition to lobby seating. Although no longer a 55 and over community, there are still many tenants who would appreciate the ability the sit down while waiting for transportation.

Kitchen cabinets very very frustrated

1.) Since I moved in there have been many things that need to be taken care of. I've sent three letters to Debbie and management. Some easy things have been taken care of and I appreciate that. But there are two big things and they've done nothing. The kitchen cabinets are an absolute disaster. They have handymen trying to save the old cabinets by putting new doors on. The problem with these cabinets is the fact that they didn't completely remove them and install new cabinets in the beginning. . A real cabinet professional needs to come in and fix these cabinets properly. These are trailer park cabinets and i At nearly $3,000 a month rent it's ridiculous have to deal with this day in and day out now for over a month.......2.) There is a loud cracking noise coming from the pipes in the master bathroom. Ed knows about this but he can't do anything about it because you won't authorize it to be fixed. My last letter was hand-delivered to management about 5 days ago and I have heard nothing. 3.) If I had waited for things to be fixed properly before I moved in I still would not be here. You are making money off of me and you haven't fix this apartment properly. I've done roundhouse a favor by moving in to an apartment that charges top dollar and is in poor condition. I believe I'm due a rebate or discount on rent.

Bad Accounting department

My account has shown a wrong balance of from me owing 3700.00 to Parkview owing me 291.00 to now me owing Parkview 24.00. This has gone on back and forth for 7 months. Very pathetic accounting by Parkview.
