It's been owned by 3 different management companies since I moved here 8 years ago. Don't know how Premier is because we didn't know that the building was being sold until 2 days before it was taken over and the new management company has only put 2 papers on our doors, haven't introduced themselves. So we're stuck in limbo. Again. They want their rent by the 5th, but we have to mail them out of state and most of us don't get our checks until the 3rd, so I'm not happy with them already. Only time will tell. The property itself is okay. I like hands-off management and the previous ones were up in our business nonstop, so hopefully these people are different. The people here are nice for the most part but unfortunately we have one person here who likes to get people in trouble and will make stuff up to achieve that goal. Hopefully the company sees through her. I just want to be left alone and let me live my life without a company up my butt all of the time.
